Mona Kuschel arbeitet als Künstlerin und Kostümbildnerin
für Theater, Film, Kunst- und Performanceprojekte.
Ein Verleih von Schutzkleidung (Gründung des MK SCHUTZ
Labels) war die erste Crossoverarbeit von Kunst und Theater.
Auf welcher Ebene (auch z.B. ideeller oder sexueller Art)
wir schutzbedürftig sind, ist seitdem ein Thema, was
sich durch ihre Arbeit zieht. So ist auch ein anderer Schwerpunkt, "Ausrüstungen
für Teams", zu verstehen, wie z.B. die 500 Evian-Wasserflaschen
für ein Performance-Projekt-Team.
Das Analysieren von dem, was uns trennt und was uns verbindet
mit dem da draußen, das Konzeptionieren von Bildern,
die symbolhaft unseren inneren Seinszustand artikulieren
- an der Stelle bewegt sich Mona Kuschel als Künstlerin
und Kostümbildnerin.

Mona Kuschel works as an artist and costume designer for theater,
film, art and performance projects.
A rental company for protective clothing (founding of the MK
SCHUTZ label) was the first crossover work between art and
theater. The level (also including those of an ideal or sexual
nature, for example) where we need protection has been a topic
throughout her work ever since. Another focal point, "equipment
for teams", e.g. 500 Evian water bottles for a performance
project team is to be understood in a similar way.
Analyzing what divides us and what joins us with what is outside,
conceptualizing images that symbolically articulate our inner
state of being – this is the point where Mona Kuschel
moves as an artist and costume designer. |
